Problem:

I would like to replace my 867Mhz Intel processor, preferably fan cooled if that's possible and have it compatible with my exiting mother board.

This board should accept any socket 370 Pentium or Celeron. I think the fastest P3 you can get is 1.4 Ideally you want at least a 50% clock speed increase to achieve a noticeable improvement.
