Help!! After transfering my access files to my new computer not all of the records are showing in the Datasheet View. The file size is the same so I think all of the data is there, it's just not showing it. How can I get it to show again?

This doesn't sound good.
File size is not necesarrily a good indication that all records are intact with Access.

Try moving to any cell in the table and right click "remove filter/sort"

I assume you haven't run any code in modules or don't have any delete queries that may have been executed accidently ?

Hope this helps

Thank you for your help. I figured it out finally! It was not a computer or program error. It was the user.

Thank you for your help anyway!
