problems with two pc's

when i start up one of my pc's it gothrough the loading xp screen and then restarts it self it also does this in safe mode and all other modes what do i do to fix this?


The other one i go to start it starts to load 2000 and then gives me a blue error screen this also does this in all modes of safe booting PLEASE HELP

Do you have 2 different version operating system on your p.c
xp & 2000...

This possibly could be a hardware issue but if you could please try a non-destructive restore first we can work from there.
