I recently caught a virus somehow, and got spysherif, and a thing called ffisearch. Spy sherif wont go away even though ive deleted it and uinstalled it and ffi search wont go away either. ffi search pops up on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, just above the toolbar, and i cant get rid of it
i used hijackthis and this is my log
i would really ppreciate it if you helped me
Also, the background of my desktop wont change and there is a message saying system has stopped

Hello,
You have a impressive collection over here, that's why we need to perform this in different steps.
It is also very important you perform all my steps because it is with a reason I'm asking you this.

Any reason why your windows isn't up to date? You don't have even ServicePack1 installed! Remember that your system is extremely vulnerable without the necessary security patches/updates, so malware can get installed automatically while surfing without any problems.
Because your system is already infected, updating now CAN cause problems, so let's get you updated when everything is fixed again.

You don't have even an antivirus installed, so I strongly suggest you install one, update it and let it perform a full scan!!

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decreases the reliability of it seriously!

Go to start > control panel > software > add/remove programs and uninstall next programs:

Vg
NewDotNet (New Net)
Spysheriff
Viewpoint Manager
MP3Dancer
zango
Windows ServeAd
VVSN

Reboot afterwards.

Download the latest version of Ad-Aware:
http://www.lavasoft....pport/download/

After installing AAW, and before running the program.
Please be sure to update the reference file following the instructions here:
http://www.lavahelp.net/howto/updref/

Reconfigure Ad-Aware for Full Scan:

Launch the program, and click on the Gear at the top of the start screen.

Click the 'Scanning' button.
Under Drives, Folders and Files, select 'Scan within Archives'.
Click 'Click here to select Drives + folders' and select your installed hard drives.

Under Memory & Registry, select all options.
Click the 'Advanced' button.
Under 'Log-file detail level', select all options.
Click the 'Tweaks' button.

Under 'Scanning Engine', select the following:
'Unload recognized processes during scanning.'
Under 'Cleaning Engine', select the following:
'Let Windows remove files in use after reboot.'
Click on 'Proceed' to save these Preferences.

Run the Ad-Aware scan and allow it to remove everything it finds and then REBOOT to allow it to finish.

Download next regfix: Fix_Protocol_zones_ranges
Doubleclick on it and when it asks you if you want to add the contents to the registry, click yes/ok

* Perform an onlinescan with Bitdefender and/or Housecall (check here autodelete) and let it delete everything it is finding.

Reboot once again and post a new hijackthislog.
