I will be upgrading the ram on a Dell Dimension L600 shortly. This machine seems to need ram upgrade with these standard characteristics:

32mb or 64mb removable ram, of memory type 168-pin, pc100, dimm, maximum memory 512mb, 2 total slots

Supposedly these chips will work to upgrade the ram:

Micron 256mb 168-pin pc133 sdram dimm (Dell - xae2546)
16 chips 16 x 8 sdram dimm

Transcend 256mb 168-pin pc100 dimm, part 311-0786

Now, the store sold me
PDP System's Patriot Memory, Signature Line, PSS256133
256mb pc133 133MHz SDR Dimm

This does seem compatible, but I'm ignorant in this. Can someone please clarify for me if this should work on the face of it? Thank you.
