hi. i've been wanting to know how i can check to see if i have and open AGP 2.0/3.0 Compliant Slot or whatever. cause i want to install a new graphics card. it's the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 AGP 256 MB Graphics Card. So i dont know if i have PCI slots or AGP slots or both or.....i dunno. how can i tell? somone please let me know :tazz: . thank you.

System Specs:
HP Pavilion a712n
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2
2.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor
512 MB DDR SDRAM memory
160 GB 7200RPM Ultra DMA hard drive

from what I can tell this is your motherboard:

That means you only have PCI slots on that computer. Now before you run out and get a new card.... they are just pci not pci express slots.
