command prompt corrupted?

when ever I go to run>cmd, it just pops up for a second then dissappears, but if it select the command prompt from the start list it works, but I cant execute the command: netstat

How do i fix this?

do a spyware scan and see what shows up....there might be something that hides netstat so that it can hide itself

I just did a virus scan, should i also scan with adaware?

adaware, hijack this, any and all spyware tools you can find. some find things that others dont
