please help!
i ran norton last night and it recognized c:\windows\webhdll.dll as a file that should be removed. i did that and now i cannot log on.
my dsl connects fine, but every time i click IE i get the white screen. none of my internet things work.
it looks like others have had this problem, but i can't find the solution. thanks in advance!!!!

i enabled everything in the startup list as per instruction. i had disabled everything prior and some i had always disabled but....

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\System32\videosd32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Microsoftx.exe

Reboot your PC.

You'll also need to download windows updates as soon as you get this all cleaned up.
