[Shady]

First, my problem then the log. When I go to "Switch User" it works fast, almost instant. However, when I go to "Turn off the computer" or "Restart," something other than "Switch User" it literally takes at LEAST 10minutes for it to complete the task at hand. I've defragged, used a registry cleaner, virus scan, etc. I'm getting close to just saying screw it and starting fresh. Here is my log, perhaps you can decipher it.
