I cant change my desktop wallpaper

Hi there

A few weeks ago I had major virs problems which havent totally cleared up

Despite virus removal, spyware removal etc, I am still unable to change my desktop wallpaper

I have no idea what is causing this, I have a feeling a registry key somewhere has been altered, to prevent me changing it but which one I have no idea

Weird... Never heard of a virus that would do that. But google a regest scan?
