I found some viruses on my pc and can't figure out how to get rid of them. I don't want to just delete them because last time I did that, I ended up ruining processes. It won't let me clean them.
There names are:

LnapxT3.exe
RnuQDC55.exe
YtawJ.exe

I am running Mcafee virus scan.

Any thoughts would be extremely helpful,
