Here is my post. I started out with the smitfraud.c warning on a blue screen on my computer. Explorer would only open to start-searches.net and I could not access the internet. I went through the stages of winsockfix, cleanup, adawarese,cwshredder,spybot and ewido. Things were looking good. I could access the net, was able to navigate and then I had previously loaded a trial of PCMightyMax and when I ran it I didn't want to buy it, just did the scan, and then I started having problems again. Computer running slow, and not responding, and worst of all is that ALL my document files are missing, including word, pdfs pictures, etc.

AAUUGGH. Can you help? I didn't get to the windows service pack to check if I had the number 4.
