Updating BIOS

Hey

My motherboard is Abit AN8 nForce4
I downloaded the latest updates for the BIOS, and after restarting the computer, the computer's sound became louder and noisy.

What's the problem? Is this something normal or there's a problem?

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Is this on board sound or a separate pci sound card? Have you checked for and updated driver for the sound card? This would be the place to start.
