Ndis.sys ?

AM I missing something? This is the first you've mentioned it, isn't it?

ndis is a system driver that allows an network interface to use multiple protocols (tcpip, ipx/spx. etc).

Odds are, you don't need it and renaming ndis.sys to ndis.old in safemode will make that problem go away....it usually occurs due to bad network driver.
