i can't when i try to load it up on foxfire the picture doesn't load up

i may not know how to write the file name correctly

Make sure the HTML file and the image file are in the same folder.
Then, let's say your image was called testimage.jpg you would put:
<img src="testimage.jpg">

That's the basics of it.
