sometimes when i try to open a file that i'v downloaded it comes up on the screen windows cannot open this file... and gives me 2 options to find the file manually or automatically from the net and when i find it it says 'file type:quick time video file' 'file extension:mov' 'description:this document is a video file' what do i do next to get the file open? Thankyou
