hey ive been getting werid pop ups that have been making my current screen unactive. my pop up blocker has added neededware.com as its allowed sites. ive been getting pop ups that i dont usually get. Here's my saved log from hijack this:

Sorry for the delayed response, it has been very busy lately.

If you still require help please post a new Hijack log in this
thread and I will help you. (That log looks pretty small, make sure all items are checked in startup and the scan is not run in safemode)

Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Download and install CleanUp! Here
but do not run it yet.
*NOTE* Cleanup deletes EVERYTHING out of temp/temporary folders and does not make backups.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Reboot into safe mode.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Run the Cleanup program.

Now scan with Ewido and save the log

Reboot and post a new Hijack log and the log from Ewido
