We have a computer that occasionally will have red x's in place of text in Word documents after they have been reopened. In other words, the document will be created as normal and saved. When it is reopened, instead of the text, there will be red x's just like the placeholders for images in emails and web pages. I can't find anything on Microsoft's website about it. Can anybody help? BTW - we use DocsOpen document management program.

Thanks. :tazz:
