After re-installing XP professional on my pc I can't get Microsoft Works to launch.
It came pre-loaded on my pc.

Is there a setup exe I can run ?

How did you restore xp? New installation, Repair, System Restore, Recovery disk? If you have a recovery disk you should be able to install works from that.

My brother-in-law had a copy of XP Profesional
Previously I had XP Home Edition.

Besides Micorsoft Works not working, my printers and the top half of my keyboard aren't working as well.

Try reinstalling Microsoft Works, reload the software for your printer, and look for updated drivers for your keyboard (if available).
