Why are you getting a pentium mobile cpu you would be better off and cheaper with a AMD 64. Also apart from ebuyer you are shopping in the expensive sites, try www.overclockers.co.uk(not the cheapest but only carries the best) microdirect(An akward site but cheap) Ebuyer is the cheapest around so get as much from them as you can if its cheaper. Also you dont need a liquid cooloing block and it makes no mention of being compatible with pentium M cpus. Looks ok for a barebone check out the MSI board based on the ATI 200 chipset it looks good and the integrated DX9 graphics is a nice addition.
Do you do alot of gaming or is it 3d moeling and texturing you are in to.

What do you intend this computer use for? also check www.newegg.com and www.tigerdirect.com

you have such heavier parts but such a light processer?
