I Have Problems With Internet Explorer and Msn 7.0

I have been having problems with my internet explorer as it keep coming up with 'operation aborted' when i enter most sites and it comes up with 'page cannot be displayed' everytime i try to log into any site. ITS DOING MY HEAD IN!!!!! I also have problems with MSN Messenger 7.0 beta. I keep getting the error message ' Sorry, we were unable to sign you into MSN Messenger at this time. 80072efd' WHAT THE [bleep] IS ALL THIS ABOUT!!!. My IE Connection Setting may be all messed up aswell. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE PROBLEMS!! I HAVE GOT A LOG FILE FROM Hijackthis IF THIS WITH HELP ANYONE IN ASSISTING ME?? Thanks.
