I'm trying out the Web Studio 4 demo to see if I want to buy the program or not. I really love the program but have afew questions:
1. I don't understand the page guides. If the lines going across and down are cutting into my text is my text going to be cut off??? When I preview my website nothing is cutoff. My computer resolution is set to 1024X768 but in website propertites I'm choosing 800X600.
2. I want to upload my site to Geocities but it looks like I have to pay to get an FTP to be able to do so. Is there any free sites I can upload my website to????
3. When you upload your website does it automatically upload everyting(pics, soundfiles, etc)????
4. I don't understand bandwith. If you have 5GB of bandwith what exactally does that mean????
:P :D :D <_<

1. Try changing you screens resolution to 800x600 and previewing you page to see if anything is cut off. I've never used this program, so I can't help with much else. <_<

2. Free hosting is really not a good option. Either you'll get a site with somebody else's ads displayed, or a server that's overloaded and very slow. Some hosts offer packages for as little as $10/year that will provide a much better experiece for your visitors.

3. It should.

4. Everytime someone visits your site, the text, graphics, sound etc. all have to be loaded onto their system. The data must travel from your server to their computer. If each page were 100K, 1,000 pages would use 1mb of bandwidth. 100,000 pages would use 1gb. However graphics and sound can use up bandwidth VERY fast.
