Restricted Sites

I am trying to login at myspace but since it is a "restricted site" I cannot. Ive tried deleting my hosts files, manually removing the restricted sites from the list, and ive removed IE-Spyad but the sites always return to the list. This problem recently occured after I deleted a lot of malware off my computer and then immunized it. Any advice will be appreciated.
