Hi, still having problems with the computer. Found 11 infected files and repaired three the rest are in quarantine. It says they are all "trogan". I dont exactly know what that is but assume its a virus. Could this be the reason I cant access anything in my control panel. Says windows cannot access the file, path or device. Could this also be whats disabled my norton antivirus? If so, what do I do to fix this? Remember, I'm not terribly computer literate. Be gentle. Thanks Kayona
