Hi,

This is my first time posting. The Spy Sheriff has a serious hold on my machine. I have read some of the other posts and followed the steps but the sheriff keeps changing my desktop and trying to install.

It looks like I need some more specific help.

I have run updated versions of Spy Sweeper, Adaware, Spybot S&D, MS Antispyware and Symantec Corp Edition 9… all to no avail.

Spy Sweeper seems to pick up traces, but it still comes back. None of them are detecting the c:\winstall.exe file (I’ve deleted it several times).

I have attached a Hijack This log.

Any help would be appreciated.
