hi everybody,i recently ran microsoft antispyware on my computer and it came up with some stuff that needed to be quarantined or removed,i really did not look through them coz i thought the software knew what it was doing when i clicked the clean button nothing happened untill my dad logged out of my account so as he could access files in his account.when he clicked on his account name the screen showed loading your settings and then a blue screen came up without any icons or anything then immediatelly logged him out. i have tried everything and i really need your help you can contact me at leedsfyn3st@yahoo.co.uk thanx alot

Howdy and welcome to G2G:

Microsoft AntiSpyware uses a backup folder I do believe.. Have you tried going into that folder and restoring everything??

Have you tried doing a System Restore to a date prior to your using the Microsoft product??

Isn't there a way to do a system restore without being able to go into windows?
I'm pretty sure there is but I can't recall how.
