hi this is my first time here but i need some help. My desktop was hijacked by antivirus gold! i ahve tried what you have said here to get rid of it but nothing seems to work. i have used spybot, microsoft anti spyware, and spysweeper. i tired right clicking on my desktop and going to properties but the only thing in properties is general and i cant do anything with that. so please help me.

Hello! Bumping your thread will not get you helped any quicker, as we look for threads with no replies. Also, we work from oldest to newest, and currently are working on logs that have been posted three to five days ago, sometimes even older. Please be patient with us. We are working as fast as we can without compromising the integrity of our work.
