I am trying to configure an email account through Outlook...

I don't know what to put in the "pop3" or "SMTP" fields, at all. Do I put an IP address, a name, a URL, or what?

There are usually instructions on your e-mail account's support pages (if it is web-based) for this sort of thing. Have you tried looking at those yet?
