Hey,
My sys just keeps getting slower and slower.. I did a restore, but that has still not helped. Actualy now I am missing dll's and other info that I am unsure of why its not there any more... Please any help you could give would be great! Some info I have gotten is that with the missing dll's and stuff that I should skip the restore and just go for a total sys reformat.

sure, uh two so far... one is a px.dll and the other is a mscorlib.dll, i have already found these and placed them into the correct spot on my hard drive.. but still will not work.. and i have seen things staying that i may need to go into the registry and change it so that it knows the files are there.. but i have a hp and do not have the disc for my os xp.. and since it is home vr i do not have the ability to backup my reg.. so i wont touch it.. and all but msn and explorer in the way of microsoft programs will not work.. it gives me an error and i can not get my pc to update thru the windows update center because i get the same error..

i am trying to update .net framework as well.. but when i try to download it this comes up... failed to delay load library mscorlib.dll (win32 error:193).

actually this comes up alot!

i am trying to remove and reinstall the .net to see if that works.. but who knows anymore..

well i did get that one there, but that was when i was actually opening winamp. i ended up just leaving it all alone till yesterday and just did another restore, and removed just about everything and reinstalled anything that i could so far things are going good. thanks for yalls help :^)
