Intermittently I recieve an error saying "Dr. Watson Post Mortem Debugger Has Encountered A Problem And Needs To Close". It is an error reporting window. Whether I click "Send" or "Don't Send", mt computer locks up.Here is my HJT log:

I have already disabled the debugger, but still receive the error.
I have also removed it from the registry, but got more errors, so I changed the registry back to how it was.
Also, I have ran spyware and virus scans in normal and safe mode.
I also re-installed the OS and still got the errors.
