So I got one of those blue screens and someone here recommended that I take the hard drive out of my wife's computer, hook it up to mine and transfer her important data. I hooked it up correctly (I think) but even though I can access her drive and some files, I keep getting "Access denied" to the "documents and settings / wifes name" folder which I'm assuming is where all the files are because I have 40gig worth of files that I can't find but that I know are there because the hard drive shows only 20 gig of space on a 60gig drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
