Recently my Norton Anti-Virus software detected a virus called Bloodhound.W32.EP. My Liveupdate subscription has run out, but I can't get online to renew it. Every time I connect to the internet, every web site I try to access gives me "Page Not Found". I think the virus has attacked my Internet Explorer program. What can I do to get rid of this virus? Please help!.

Please run a free online virus scan here (tick the "Auto Clean" checkbox):
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

If you can't access that site, uninstall Norton, and download the free version of AVG from another computer, and install it on this system.
