Hi, I have read through previous threads for removal of a couple of the Usual Suspects: DerBiz and TEMP532 which are making my computing life a misery, up to 100 pop-ups per hour ! I have downloaded and run all of the suggested removal applications and even deleted some registry entries which matched those mentions for other peoples infections....but I'm beaten. They still come bouncing back after every re-boot. I have two users on this machine, my daughter and myself. I'm wondering if the bugs are hiding in the other user's files and just jump back over once I've cleaned the other one? Anyway, I'm prepared to follow any instructions to the letter and would be most grateful for some guidance on my specific infections. Here is my latest logfile:

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
