You don't say exactly what the error message is --- file missing or corrupted perhaps? I've attached a new copy of the file (it's part of the Windows Power Management (Power Profile). Put it in C:\Windows\System If Windows asks 'do you want to overwrite existing file?', answer Yes. If Windows doesn't ask anything, don't worry, it just means the file was missing.
