Its suspiciously cheap and i have never heard of the brand but it might not be available over here.
Antec,Arctic,Enermax,Hiper,Tagan etc are the good ones for a 500W PSU you would expect to pay about 3 times that for a good one.

Bad PSU. Very bad Amperage on the +12v channel which is essential when upgrading the videocard etc..
