HijackThis.exe had virus in it

Anyone else had HijackThis.exe infected? I had it saved on my second hard drive, and formated my first. I copied over the .exe file and some others to my primary drive. Then I installed McAfee, and it detected and it deleted a worm in HijackThis.exe.
