Microsoft Word very slow to open - Hijack Log

My Microsoft Word is extremely slow to open when opening a document over the local network on this computer only.

I performed all of the required steps as layout in 'Ditto's' post.

I am really somewhat stumped. This is a computer at work that has has many different users logging on to it.
Thank you for any help or ideas you could provide.

I know this is a Microsoft Word problem but I thought that spyware or a virus may be causing it to load slowly.

I don't really understand the Hijackthis log file so hopefully someone will read mine and advise if I have a problem that can be seen.
