I not certain what you mean by 'I get local disk containing my folders appearing' but I suggest as a first step, you download hijack this from this link :

run it & post the log file here.
I wouldn't trust Nortons that the malware you have is not a problem.

Yes, thank you that helped.
Can you run hijack this & post the log for us still? This will give me a better idea as to the extent of the malware problem.

OK, I think the best thing for you to do, is post this log in the malware section of this forum :

They will advise you on how to solve the malware problem. You may well find after that, the problem of the local disk appearing goes away
