I have a blue screen that won't go away and it has a note on it that says Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smithfraud.c

I've been reading postings on it for most of the day, and can't figure out what everyone is talking about. I have NO computer skills at all. My friend got me on the internet and if I shut the computer down, I don't think I'll be able to get back on. Thanks.
