This is just a test.

If any of this should not be to your liking you can find the backups in HijackThis when you click Config > backups
Select the ones you want back and click Restore

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MVRescue] C:\MVRescue\mvrescue quit

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DSLAGENTEXE] dslagent.exe USB

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "D:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

Then reboot and try again.

Doesn't seem to have made much difference
Still same problems connecting - have to run diagnostics - line test fail, OAM cells=3

Did you check the ZA settings?

Maybe there is something in there complicating things.
You could for example have given lsass.exe limited acccess.
