This is a strange issue. I thought it was the password retension issue but it is not. Basically Outlook 2003 kicks you to working offline and then requires a password and consecutivly asks for your password at least 8 times before reconnecting. It stays connected for a while you can send but soon as you hit receieve it starts over again. Anyone have any suggestions.

I have encountered that problem several times before with Outlook Express and I sign off and go back in, within a few minutes, and the problem goes away. Sometimes I've had to reboot.
