Norton says me all the time that it has detected a virus

Name of the Object: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WININET.DLL
Name Of The Virus : Bloodhound.W32.EP

And says it canīt be repaired

To make matters worse....I have no wallpaper.....no....I mean...i have one all blue saying:
Security Alert
A fatal error in IE has occured at 0028:C0011E36 in VXD VMM(01) +
00010E36. Erro Was Caused by Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c

*System can not function in normal mode.
Please check you security settings.
* Scan your PC with any avaliable antivirus / spyware remover
program to fix the problem



I know itīs an image which was in C:\hp.jpg
But that time I deleted and have no problem till now

Please help me with this problem....I think these 3 problems are caused by one virus
