Spy Sheriff Desktop Hijacker [CLOSED]

Hi,
I have recently had Spy Sheriff infect my computer and hijack my desktop.

I have performed all the tasks within the tutorial;
I have run CWShredder, Adaware, Spybot Search & Destroy, Used the online scan, and Hijackthis.

I reboot and it still has not worked.

Everytime windows xp starts, my background is changed to a small black box with red and white text reading;
"SYSTEM STOPPED
System has been stopped due to a serious malfunction . Spyware activity has been detected.

It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use the computer before all spyware removed."

Also, whenever windows xp starts the program Spy Sheriff pops up informing me of severe infections, probably that it put there itself.
