Here's my issue, I have Outlook 2003 installed here at work using the Microsoft Exchange Server. I also have my personal POP3 email coming in to a second account. I have separate signatures created for each one.

My email defaults to sending messages through my personal email since I use that a lot more, so when I click to create a new message, it automatically adds my personal signature. now when I click on the "accounts" tab in the new mail window to change to the exchange server, Outlook doesn't change the signature.

Is there any way to get Outlook to swap signatures when I swap accounts to send from? Also, whenever I click to reply to a message, it doesn't add my signature, either one of them, to the email even though I have that selected in the Options box under Mail Format --> Signatures

Any ideas on that as well? Thanks in advance!

I'm on outlook 2000 and I go to options/mail format and checked the box. You may have already said that you do that. I do the same thing. I use OExpress and Outlook. Ijust have the signature box checked in each program. I also have two different accounts.

did you uncheck the box tht says don't add signature to forwards or replies?
