I have a user that has Windows 2000 and IE 6.0. When he goes to certain work related sites he is prompted to verify a security certificate, as if it were the first time he has visited the site. Once says yes to the certificate he is allowed to continue. Each time he comes back to the site it prompts him again to verify the certificate. I have checked his settings and found nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas? Thanks.

If security settings seem fine, you might just need to update your root certificates.
