Thats my log file. There are a couple of things in there that i know shouldnt be there..
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [180ClientStubInstall] "C:\Temp\180SA3013.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media Access] C:\Program Files\Media Access\MediaAccK.exe
Those are both programs that i got from the virus i think.

I got it from a a site sent to me by a friend that asks you to save a file... I opened it, and everyone on my friends list was sent the same link as i got, so i quickly told them all to ignore it (not an easy task :tazz: ). I tried removing the virus with Trend Micro, it said it was deleted, but it came back after i restarted the comp, i also ran adaware and deleted about 100 spywares this thing sent. But most all of it came back when i restarted.
Can anyone help please?

Hi Follower, welcome to the Geeks to Go Forums.

My name is Trevuren and I will be helping you with your problem.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Regards,

Trevuren

I'm not sure how i can do that...

I have two computers, one has a registered version of Windows, and one doesn't. The one with the problems doesnt. Well, you need a registered version of windows to download and install the update you suggested.

Is there anyother way to download the patch?

Sorry but NO.

Unfortunately it is the policy of Geeks to Go that we will not assisst cases where there is evidence of illegal use on any software.

I must close this thread.

Sorry.
