Hijack This Log - Adware LOP Help Please! [RESOLVED]

Hi, my friend has an aweful infection of Adware LOP I think from messenger plus!! She has uninstalled messenger plus with the official uninstaller, scanned with the latest versions of all antispywares including adaware and microsoft, and norton scanned. Microsoft antispyware found infections, we removed them but still the LOP toolbar keeps returning!! It is driving us insane!

Now just so you know this is an internet friend I'm trying to help, and she is extremely bad with using the tech side of computers, no offense to her. So please try to keep things simple if possible. She doesn't know how to use safe mode or anything, I can try my best to explain that to her if really necessary though. Just thought I should mention that.

She is on Windows XP Service Pack 2, with IE6.

Apparently they will remove LOP, but I'm not sure, as when I scanned the files they appeared to contain the LOP virus themselves. Maybe it is an uninstaller but still identified as the virus? I don't know, but I don't want to try removing it with that until I know it's safe

Hello, sorry you can ignore this now, we've managed to sort out the problem.

For anyone else with the LOP problem through MSG PLUS, we reinstalled messenger plus and accepted the sponsor program, then used the official uninstaller and it went away!!! So you can lock thsi topic or whatever you like with it now. Thanks for any help you may have given though
