I reformated my computer on 'June 20, 2005' and when I use the Internet Explorer and try to scroll up and down, a flicker appearence shows up. When I scroll up and down, the scrolling scrolls real slow. I think I need a Video Driver for my system to make the scrolling go faster. Am I correct? If so, tell me the best driver I could download for Windows XP and give me a link of the download. If I am wrong, tell me how to fix my problem. Thank you for your support. :tazz:

yes, you need a driver

the driver you need is the one for your videocard...you need to tell us the videocard or visit the manufacturer of the card's support site, or use the cd you got with it

You could also go into device manager and let XP search the driver on the internet for you... or reformat, like you've told 3 people in the last few days, or buy a new computer, like you told another one.

Hey if that's true, then Czarina has it right. Re-format, and buy a new PC. Bye Wendy
