Every time I try to open a video, I get an error message "Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.... report to Microsoft .... " and the screen freezes.
Note that the same videos work well on other computers.
Thanks for your help !

Well it seems to be a virus that infects Windows XP with SP2.

There is the hard way to remove it and a easy way.

The easy way is to simply create a new account with administrator rights, then copy and paste ALL of your directories, files, documents etc from your old user account into your new user account, test it to see if everything is fine, delete the old account and then try the file that has been giving the error,it shoud be ok now.
