Help Virus taking over computer [CLOSED]

I keep getting pop ups and virus detections as well as an occasional "ding" sound for no apparent reason. I'm sure you guys are busy but if I can get this solved before my "computer geek" comes tomorrow and charges me an arm and leg...I'll kick some of that to you guys :tazz: I followed the previous steps and here is my hijackthis log
